with love.
I say this with love, but I am over winter. It's weird to say that because I think I'm one of the few southerners who actually enjoy all the layers, bundling up every day, wearing beanies, wearing boots, etc… Yes, I wish we had snow cause to me that would make it more enjoyable and beautiful, but we would probably have to move to another state for that. Anyways, I am babbling a bit… the reason I say all this is because I bought this little number above and I've been dying to wear it. The weather was warmer today, but still not enough to break this out. Hopefully soon though. And to all my friends and family up north, stay warm.
Until next time...

"Joie de vivre" - joy of living. What a joy it is to be alive friends. Don't take advantage of your day. It's going to be a great one. I hope that you love bravely and live courageously. I'm blessed to have such great, creative people in my life. Whether I've known them my entire life, many years, or a few months… I cannot say enough about these wonderful souls. I got to enjoy some of their time and funny personalities last weekend for the Les Belle Fleurs Mardi Gras Ball on Valentine's Day. My good friend, Barbara, was one of the maids and she looked absolutely gorgeous. We didn't go to any parades this year since it was so cold and we didn't catch much at the parades we went to last year. Maybe next year the weather will be better.
I hope everyone else had a wonderful Valentine's Day and great Mardi Gras season.
Until next time...

Hello friends. As you can see, I'm playing catch up on the blog tonight. I challenged myself to take a photo a week of myself and Andrew and so far the success rate for 2015 is around 60%, which I'm considering a win, especially when ranked amongst past resolutions… or as I like to call them "nice tries". Anyone else doing better on their resolutions so far?
As for what else is going on in my life… We've had a few times to get all the girls together, which has been really nice since they were far and few between the past several months with the holidays and what not. We had lunch 2 weeks ago at Salute in Gulfport and dinner at Briana's house the other night. I also got a sinus infection that's taken me over a week to get out of my system… which has been lovely. Between the sickness and school I've been trying to plan some wedding stuff when I get some down time. We're still over a year and half out from the wedding date, but I'm trying to nail down some of the bigger items on my checklist. I was given a great opportunity at work as well working with the Marketing Services department and I'm over the moon to finally start learning that aspect of the business. Hope all is well with everyone and anyone who reads my little blog and happenings.
Until next time...
